Maintaining Your Yoga Practice While Vacationing

  1. Modify your existing practice
  2. Plan a consitent time for it
  3. Bring your gear
  4. Know that you don’t need any gear
  5. Do what you can
  6. Keep people aware of the importance of your practice and get their buy-in
  7. Keep it simple, let go, enjoy your trip

Incidentally, I went on vacation a few weeks ago, found a sunny spot towards a window for a morning Sun Salutation and felt all the better for it.
